Square-Enix is working on a game based on the Japanese anime "Gyrozetter", it's going to hit store shelves in Japan June 13th.
What's the game all about? It's a JRPG set in 2053 featuring vehicles which can transform into mechs owned by young students battling the evil forces of Xenon... sounds familiar? Yeah, it's Japanese transformers.
Square-Enix worked closely with Japanese automobile companies including Toyota, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda and Mitsubishi so we're sure to see some "familiar faces", or to be more exact, "familiar hoods" in this one.
The game will 5,490 yen at retail and 5,000 yen on the eShop, there's no word on a localization.
"Conception II: : Guidance of the Big Dipper and Mazuru’s Nightmare", a sequel to Chunsoft's "Conception: Please Deliver My Baby" is in the works for both the 3DS and the PSVita with a release planned for Summer in Japan.
"Conception" is an RPG game with a rather... interesting premise - the idea is that you're supposed to woo courageous maidens, make them fall in love with you and... give birth to an army of your baby-soldiers with which you can strike down your foes. I am not joking.
No word on a localization, so no sweet baby-making for us, westerners. I'd also like to point out that Japan isn't weird at all - that's a misconception.
The r4ids.cn team is releasing a new card, once again. This new card supposedly has the ability to save the game state via "RTS". This means that you can save anywhere, and resume to that exact save point later on.
No release date or price have been announced yet. Discuss this new development here.
