Well well, after the Harvest Moon JAP drama about BAHAMUT accusing STORMAN of stealing from P2P, they have the guts to go do the same thing themselves. Very patethic. For evidence, check p2pfail.png. And if thats not even enough, the crack they stole does not patch all the functions of the protection, for example the emulator check, which will make ex. no$gba not pass the first battle.

Here is a proper crack from your friends at SXS, guaranteed to have all protection "features" removed, and last but not least, cracked by ourselves, not stolen from some chinamen on www forums.

Sichuan is puzzle game that uses mah-jong tiles. The aim of the game is to clear the tiles by matching up pairs. NDS Sichuan has a Wi-Fi leader board where you can download the top 10 best times and compete against them in a challenge mode. If you manage to get in the top 10 you can upload your data over a Wi-Fi connection for others to download and challenge.

A save file gets created on the root of your card called nds_shisensho.nv. If having this file on the root irritates you then it's fine to move it to a different folder. I'm pretty sure it searches all directories for the file.

The latest version posted on MeRAMAN's blog was from the 29th of May and he fixed a couple of small bugs in the WiFi code. Oh... if you find that pixel font familiar, the one that's used in the "programmed by" text, yeah, it originates from Gradius 2.

MeRAMAN, the guy behind the Tetris Grand Master port, (who eventually had to discontinue development and distribution due to the Tetris Licenser sendiing him a rather nasty warning) has released a Hanafuda game where you play Koi-Koi style against the CPU. In Koi-Koi style the player throws a card on the same suit card to capture them. The winner is the one who makes the special combination of several cards which is called a "Yaku".

Like Tetris Grand Master, NDS Koi Koi has a wifi ranking table built into it. While the quailty may not stand out from the screenshots alone, what you are getting here for free feels solid. There's some good presentation with nice BGM and sound effects throughout. With all of that combined, this game stands out from the average homebrew card game and gets my recommendation!

IS-NITRO-CAPTURE Explained

ASSEMbler managed to get hold of an IS-NITRO-CAPTURE device and posted a video review online. The IS-NITRO-CAPTURE is made by Intelligent Systems, it's used by developers to playtest games, take raw screenshots, record direct feed video and debug. The unit can output video via it's 2 A/V-OUT ports on the back, and feed it to 2 separate TVs (one cable for each screen). Alternatively it can feed both screens to 1 TV which needs to be rotated on its side.

This kit can also connect to a PC via USB for the screenshot & video capture side. It was apparently unpopular with developers due to the high price which makes them hard to find now, ASSEMbler paid $3000 for his. I guess you could say that the hardware is almost outdated since Intelligent Systems sell a new kit for the DSi. This is probably the first time I've seen one opened up and explained in a video.
