Bah! Of the many awesome games to come out on the 21st, the leak happens to be the Japanese game that comes out on the 23rd! Now, do I struggle to wait, or go with the unreadable game?
Even an one-handed gamer follows the rules - Do not ask for ROMs. Currently running: NDS Lite (Onyx) | M3 DS Simply with Wood R4 v1.06 firmware | SanDisk 2GB MicroSD
I'm glad the Japanese version is out first, If Shanoa's English voice sounds shit, or gets annoying in the USA version, i will most likely end up replacing it for the Japanese voice from this dump
I haven't played it yet either so i'm just gonna wait for USA dump, shouldn't be that long now....
I think I might actually buy this one. I'm a huge Castlevania fan and have bought all the Castleroids up to this so the life of the pirate may not be for me here.

No shame in that, especially speaking from personal experience--Portrait of Ruin and my R4 didn't really get along, and I was constantly fleeing from save point to save point all like OH GOD OH GOD PLEASE DON'T FREEZE ON ME AIIIEEEEEEEE

...You can do that? Is there a specific extension to look for when you unpack it? I'd love to replace the godawful dubs in the Sonic Rush games with the original voices.

In a lot of cases changing the sound files is as simple as overwriting the English file/files with sounds from the Japanese version, and then repacking the ROM.
It can also involve a lot more work like hex editing and more so, which can make the operation seem worthless, if it has minimal effect.
I just unpacked it and took a look and theres a 19.6 MB sound_data.sdat in \data\data dir, so it should be easy for people to make an undubbed version.
EDIT: someone just told me you can choose between English and Japanese voice acting in the config menu, so if this option carries over in the USA release there wont even be any need to hack the ROM
