WANTED: NEWS POSTERS
NO REWARD

As you may have noticed, news on DS-Scene has been a bit slow as of late. This is clearly not ideal, but many of our staff members no longer have the time to keep up with all the latest news and post about it, so we're currently looking for a couple of people with too much time on their hands to fill in the following positions:
  • DS News Poster - post (3)DS releases, homebrew, trailers and/or other related news
  • Wii News Poster - post Wii (U) releases, homebrew, trailers and/or other related news
  • Google+ News Poster - post news on the official DS-Scene Google+ page, this can be the same news as on the main site, though other (relevant) news is also welcome
  • Facebook News Poster - the same as the G+ page
Anyone interested may apply by sending a PM to one of the current staff members (no need to clutter everyone's inboxes, mkay?) with the following information:
  • Which position are you interested in, and why?
  • Which days of the week are you usually available?
  • What would you change about DS-Scene to make it 'better'?
  • Why didn't you think about becoming a news poster before? Huh? Huh?

geez if we're willing to send a PM, most likely we're not just any noob wanting to be in the position. This is not a job interview, where you gotta judge the user if they're worthy or not

So are there certain sources to look for news, or is it a matter of scourging the web to find any news yourself? Cause I can do some updates, but normally (except now that I'm handicapped) I don't have time to search the net for news on a daily or semi-daily (or even weekly) base.

We do have a few sources where we get our news regarding releases. For homebrew and other relevant news we just scour the web when we have some free time, at least I do :P
