You can't download roms here, we don't host illegal downloads. You probably didn't read the terms when you signed up but you agreed with that.

Hosting illegal software is illegal (DUHHHHHHH!), but letting people know how to get it, is illegal as well. It's like saying: "I didn't bribe anybody! I just left that money there and simply happened to look the other way for a moment"
