I can't find exact info but probably it's 2 ARM 11 266 MHz (or one 266 and one 133, not sure) Theoretically it's enough power to emulate PS1 but it's only theory... If it would be possible to make use of two cores it would go easier of course, tough I'm not sure if that's possible
