It´s out! And it´s awesome! Finally I can play those 24h races and don´t have to leave the system running for a week.

I just watched the new intro movie and there´s Spa Francorchamps in there, Eau Rouge of course, as well as a neon-lit Kart track. And indeed, as soon as Spec 2.0 was made available Polyphony Digital detailed their DLC packs, purchaseable from October 18th onwards:
