I really don't understand that concept of being too old to be playing a game. If you like it, seriously like it, why be ashamed?
If you are over 20 and like pokemon, digimon or yugioh, if you really like it, who cares if you are over 20 or 30, just go out and have fun.

Have no idea what those distribution points are either XD; but hey, if you are a pokemon player, and want pokemon, you should work for it ~~

There's nothing wrong with liking the game, I knew it was gold back then, and it's still great today. It's just that in American society, adults are frowned upon for going to children's stores for something like this. You know, like 'what's wrong with that guy, some kind of pedophile?' Maybe it's different in Portugal or Japan, if it isn't stigmatized.

Adults aren't allowed to have fun.
I've bought all of my games and accessories from the interwebs. If I go in a videogame store even if just to buy computer stuff I get the "isn't he too old to be here?" or "isn't he too young to have children?" looks. And I'm just 22.
Oh well, what would I do? I'm the one acting different from everyone else.

I think we're in a time, where it's not too old to play games, even pokemon. But you can be too old to wait in line at Toys R Us with a bunch of little kids.

In Brazil as well? I'd drum up some of my weak Brazilian stereotypes (beaches? graffiti?), but I just have to lament the loss of childhood with you for a moment.

edit: In HK they have what is called 'kidult'. So long as you are crunching numbers/counting beans/cold calling during the day, you can be building Gundam models and playing games all night.

I actually liked that about Hong Kong, you could be shopping for gunpla with a bunch of teenagers, and some 40 year old dude would stroll in and be scrutinizing every model. Sometimes I was the youngest person there, great. Gundam is strong in Asia for having a perpetual fandom.

edit- OK I guess that's a little off topic, kesadisan won't ban me right?!

lol, most of ds-scene is junked, and if I banned every one of them there's no fun being on ds-scene at all...

anyway... there's not many gunpla store here, but there's no age differ too here, anyone from oldies to youngster, male to female (most of it was male though) enjoy browsing one, and you know same thing too for game store

The gunpla stores in HK sold many hobby things... the few times I saw girls in there (without their boyfriends), they were buying pellet guns!
Gundam models in the US failed when the original shows failed, so you have to go to specialty import stores to get them. They are way overpriced so I don't bother... I left 10 models in HK when I left  laugh

Right, so to bring it back on topic, I think these distribution roms are good. You really don't want to cheat to get Pokemon, but you don't want to lose out on one just because you missed the real-life distribution.

I get "Distribution cannot get started" on my DSi (WiFi on)...:/

Set the date to June 12 2009
that will make it works :D

I guess this also explains why my Deoxys Distribution suddenly stopped working a year ago lol.
