I Didn't notice any AP at the Saving Screen when does it happen?

no idea, but on 2ch it's reported to work on CycloDS 1.56B3, and not to work on R4, EDGE, DSTTi, and DSTT ( link)

edit: found bug on R4 1.18 with unpatched: able to start a new game and save, but when you quit the game and try to reload the save, it deletes itself (considered as corrupted I suppose ...).

there is no USA or EUR release of this game scheduled......

Hope there will be at least an US release. Especially with the MegaTen Series being now well established through Persona, DDS, the Raidou ones (Despite all of them being Spin-Offs) and Lucifer's Call / Nocturne, I guess they won't pass on this one releasing it in US territory. I doubt a EUR release however...
