Thanks to the game having kana translations above the kanji signs, I was able to clear that one! Man, I still have traumas from Nanashi no Game's similar kanji-based puzzle.. laugh Ni no Kuni was a blast! Inazuma Eleven I never had the strength to actually play, didn't really like the first one..

Anyways, man it took me a long time to find the demo. arrogant Any of my regular sites didn't have it..

LAAAAAAAAAME. This puzzle is used over and over in Japanese games. Take the first sound of the first character of each line and you get:

たすけてください

(please help me)

Thank you applaud

EDIT: now I'm stuck at what is probably the end of the layton demo. After going though about 8 puzzles you get to a house at the top left of the map. On the top floor of the house there's a door at the end of the hallway. There's a puzzle where you have to tap stuff on the screen in the right order, each object you tap brings up a number. you get 15 seconds to do something here. Stuck at this part so if anyone knows what to do to finish it please tell me.

Yes and no, if you don't know Japanese I'd say you have to put up with not knowing a LOT of what's going on. On the other hand, if you learn to recognize a few menu items and icons, you can probably enjoy the gameplay.

the last puzzle "luke's door"
is the most easy.
the answer is just... do nothing  laugh  wait the 15 seconds, that's all.
(I only found 8 puzzles, the door is the last one)

LMAO are you serious, i spent hours trying to touch everything in some kind of order last night.

EDIT: Unlocked the final game: Professor Layton's London Life

I transferred my save over to a pc so i could take a few screens, check the pic below. Once you unlock London Life you get to see characters from all the demos running around on the menu screen, they're all done in Layton's London life pixel art style. Those 2 pixel art characters in the screen below are from Ni no Kuni.

Screens Screen 1
Screens Screen 2
Screens Screen 3
Screens Screen 4
Screens Screen 5
Screens Screen 6
Screens Screen 7
Screens Screen 8
Screens Screen 9
Screens Screen 10
Screens Screen 11
Screens Screen 12

i couldn't help but do a quick little London Life avatar as well lol
