Infantile Paralysiser has updated his popular homebrew application Moonshell. The skin I used for screencaps is the nekoskin which can be found in the latest version of Moonshell.

Can anyone post detailed instructions to get this up and working? I'm used to the old versions where you just select the language and it creates an nds file for ya...idk how to get these newer ones to work
