Yasu has released a tool for editing games from Made in Ore, his previous application Miotool allows you to export individual games to a .mio file. These .mio files can then be opened up in mioedit. The mioedit tool allows you to view and replace all the separate elements from a game with your own bitmaps.
So in essence you can create graphics in Fireworks or Photoshop, and then import those graphics into mioedit to replace any sprite that was created on the DS, allowing you to completely redesign the look of any game. Mioedit won't be hosted here at request of the developer but you can download it from YasuSoftware below.
