3D artist MithosKuu has been recreating the graphics from Link's Awakening in 3dsMax8, planning to eventually remake the GameBoy title after modeling every area. I have to disagree with Tiny Cartridge on this one. I don't think the graphics have lost any of their original charm, although it does look a lot like Pokémon. I just hope the artist goes through with eventually remaking the game. Check MithosKuu's blog to view the full size 3D renders.
