Lol nuke ? it's not a nuke its a Club Nintendo game, it was only supposed to be available through http://club.nintendo.jp/ for 500 points.
You can find loads on yahoo japan auctions, and you can even buy it from places like playasia.

It has'nt been mass produced for retail though so you cant just walk into a game shop and find it.
This is why Club Nintendo games dont get numbered. It was the same thing for Game & Watch Collection and Tingle's Balloon Fight.

I just loaded it up on the CycloDS and it's 2-3 player local WiFi only, no single player mode :(

From watching the video link in the nfo it doesn't look like you need to speak much japanese.

You can prolly get by with PUNCH, KICK, and CHANGE BAKURETSU! lol

Yeah all the other Club Nintendo games (Tingle's Balloon Fight & Game and Watch Collection) were XXXX'ed. Anyways I have been looking forward to this one for awhile, the whole pseudo-power range vibe looks funny as hell, plus if my memory serves me well this game was designed to be played with the voice only. From what I remember you're supposed to shout commands to you're dudes.

Oh wait people are saying you can use english to play this? Sweet, im gonna go grab it.
