Well, this is not downloadable because it is a NDS hardware.. The Action Replay isn't something you can download and use (unless you use the built in cheat menu in different flashcards). But this item is something you have to buy.. Although I higly advice you NOT to do so..! The AR is not a good system!!

Yeah especially I could download Japan Version and use it with my oryginal Ryuusei no Rockman

if someone is interested, i create a usrcheat.dat for M3 simply or R4 revolution with the last codejunkies databases for US EUR and Jap Roms (databases --->  february 2008)

just paste the file in the folder system of your firmware

3) Someone already is in charge of updating codes so You don't have to do it too...
4) I do more tests with that AR and my DS maybe I will be able to do something interesting...

Also I don't think this is considered a ROM so I think our rules don't apply to it, but I would just like to remind everyone that DS-Scene does not host or tollerate any links to roms and that asking for roms will get your warning level raised and can result in a ban.
