What FFMpeg builds are you using?
Tried using the latest but it tells me: Unrecognized option 'q'

I simply downloaded the build and selected ffmpeg.exe from inside the video convert tool.
Do I have to do anything else before that?

EDIT:

Spoiler

According to the Google Code page's wiki, it uses a heavily outdated version. A bit odd because I'm sure the '-q' option exists in the latest ffmpeg builds as well, just under a different moniker.

You need to download ffmpeg from here to make it work.

Downloaded lots of builds from there and all gave the same error.
got a version from here http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win32/static/ffmpeg-20120519-git-31dfe20-win32-static.7z which did not give the same error but it does not understand the command for splitting the clip in 10 minute chunks.
would be great if the guy that made this program told us exactly what build off FFMpeg he used.
