3DSExplorer v1.0
3DS file explorer

elisherer has released version 1.0 of 3DSExplorer, a PC application to open 3DS files and convert videos to the 3DS format.

Changelog (11/12/11)
Better late then ever...update to v1.0 so I can continue with the regular version giving. Added MPO support (3D Images taken by the 3ds camera) 3D Video Conversion tool to convert youtube 3d videos to 3DS-3D MJPG videos... more bug fixes (as always)

Usage
Opens: CTR Rom files (CCI) SaveRAM binaries (bin) (decrypted or encrypted) Title meta data files (TMD) CTR Importable Archives (CIA) CTR Banners (BNR) CTR Waves (CWAV) CTR Graphics (CGFX) Multi-Picture Objects (MPO) , (3D Images *new*) Can convert: Videos to 2D/3D MJPG AVI files for the 3DS

I don't get it. How do I get FFmpeg ready? Which FFmpeg do I need to download? Where do I need to put it? How do I install it? This is so confusing!

Download FFmpeg here
In the tool, click on the gear icon to select ffmpeg.exe (which should be in the /bin folder of the file you downloaded)

So... this program gives me an ".avi" file.
Where i should put it?
I mean, i know the file goes inside of the 3DS SD card, but, in wich folder?

You need to re-name the file with this syntax VID_XXXX where x is a number value. I have 18 videos on my card and the range from VID_0001 to VID_0018. Try that and it should work for you.

I've just tried this program after using the 3ds video converter one. I like the ease of use for this one, but I'd like to be able to input video's directly from sites than just youtube. Any thought about changing this in future releases?

I've also added everyone in the friendcode listing to my provisional friends list.
