PsyKo released a windows application for checking the basic header information of 3DS dumps

"CTR" is simple tool designed to read and display very basic infos

Requirements:
Nothing special. Windows OS and .NET framework 4.0 installed at least.
Tested and working fine on WinXP x86 and Win7 x64.
