devkitARM has been updated to release 36. Our apologies for the late report.

WinterMute 
New binaries for devkitARM release 36 are now available through the Automated Installer/Updater if you're on windows, for other platforms check the devkitARM getting started page on the wiki.
release 36
  • update to binutils 2.21.1
  • update to gdb 7.3
  • add armv6-m multilib for cortex-m0/m1
release 35
  • fix eabi mismatch problems when using -flto.
  • remove unused exception code when using divides.
  • grit: add support for a3i5 and a5i3 textures.
  • grit: fix map output on big endian systems

Warning for any PALib users - the changes included in this revision seriously affect certain Background effects available in PALib. Do backup your copy of DevkitPro before attempting to update!

It is always recommended to stay by the last fully supported revision, that being 31 (32 had no reported problems either).

PALib is being sort of dead, so unless someone will want to at least keep it update-compatible with DevkitPro, all PALib users must stay at 31 or 32 rev :(
