You need to put the usrcheat.dat file in the _dstwo folder. Have fun!

this worked great with my pokemon black and white version roms. they were working but the cheats werent. im glad for this tool.
will it keep getting upgrades and whatnot?

Well, I used the discuss link on the DS Scene rom tool, I am getting errors on every rom when it tries to get boxart. I am on Windows 8.1. Is this a known bug or is this new?

Given the 404 error, it looks like there's a problem with the fileserver. You can try sending retrohead a message if he's able to fix it serverside.

Out of curiousity, I went to look at the url myself. Tale of Two Towns cover

The server is most definitely up but, after editig the url to match the one in the error, you get this 404 page

big news? most of those databases have been around for a while and the cmp database has been updated this year. those cheat databases on that post by deadskullzjr are not new. You may mean that they have been recently updated (April 15), but that does not mean that every database they listed was updated, in which you'd need to check the CRC32, sha1 and sha256, to check if the files have been altered.
