I played about half an hour with it, most (if not all) of the story is still in japanese. But these strategy games are not that story based, some might have a problem with the missing text now, others not.

I just read the FAQ and it sounds like they are striving for a full translation so the story will be done in time. ... Assuming they don't give up on it that is
