Was this ever announced?
Anyhow, I loved the first game, it did a pretty cool thing by ripping off Animal Crossing and actually being better rather than worse. The only silly thing was that you could declare your love to a certain character (you had to do a fuckload of things for that), but after doing so, nothing special happened (I tried it once and IIRC, the character simply said "Oh, that's nice to know." Derp.).
It's great that you can now really fly with the brooms (i.e. fly over the river instead of over the bridge). Brooms in the first game were technically bikes without wheels, which sucked. Oh well.

Note: You must use
DSTT Kernel v1.17a13 rev51(JAP) for implemeting the latest files.
For R4 User: Use YSMENU with the same manner of the above instruction as like DSTT. Thus, use R4 YSMENU.
