can anyone help me out with getting the pokemon blck 2 ap patch to work on my r4, or know how to get any of the pokemon games to stop freezing. sorry if this is in the wrong place but i didnt see a posting place for dslites which is the system im using. iv bin looking around on google for weeks now for a fix and have had no luck. so could you guys please help or if its just a matter of changing the software on the r4 then could you just tell me how to do that please.

Hi, I don't know about how your particular card works, but have you tried using the DS-Scene Rom Tool? http://www.ds-scene.net/?s=viewtopic&nid=11056

It should be able to get your games working. If it doesn't, I wouldn't really know what else to do.

yeah i did and it basically just lets you put downloaded roms on an sd card that goes in the r4 cartiage and it comes with a huge cheat file for i guess basically every game out for the dslite and dsi. all tho after i patched the files i changed the names of them nds file so it would work with my saved game file on the r4, so do you think that may be the reason?

Changing the filename shouldn't have had any effect on the patch.

Have a look here if your card is compatible with retrogamefan's multi cart firmware, if so, just follow the installation instructions on there, and see if that gets your games working. I'll add the latest update to our downloads area, as the latest one we have seems to be out of date.

yeah i have that on my r4. and thats the funny part, it works with every game expect for any of the pokemon games i have. but idk as much as the aps piss me off for pokemon, iv just gotten used to it and learned to basically save after every little thing i do
