I am using a new microSD on my m3 ds simply
all game works but when it comes to saving it wont come
I wait  like 1 hour still not saving
it will freeze and i have to restart it again
please help

M3 is pretty much dead, but nevertheless, I suggest downloading the latest firmware and trying again. Saving has little to do with the cart itself, it's the firmware that deals with it.
