Apparently I applied too much force on the touchscreen and I broke it.

I saw that, on Deal Extreme, they were selling the touch screen module separately from the LCD screen itself. (Touch screen module, LCD part). Is this the way they are conventionally sold? I'm checking ebay and it seems they are always sold together.

Could you shed some light on the subject? What exactly is being sold on ebay? Can the screen and the touch part be sold separately, or are they the same thing?
