first you need to go to http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ make sure you have an account also connected to your ps3 account (WORKS FOR XBOX ALSO) when logged in you need to go to feedback & support button and press live chat wait a couple of minutes, now you can talk with someone that works at Battlelog he/she will say: Hello what can we help you with?
you say: hello I`ve bought my BF3 Limited Edition from a local retailer, but i haven`t got my Physical Warefare package key yet. Can you pleas activate it for me?
they will ask for you email what console how old your name when you`re born etc now he will give you a code redeem that code in the ps3 store tada you have the Physical Warfare Package
it could get difficulter but than just tell say example: i have bought the game from that shop my friends buys it also but they got the key and i was the one without the key code and the reseller told me that im too late and its my own fault that i didn't call earlier is there any way for me to get the key? and those things If you get Jacob be lucky he is difficult but if you win you win and get the key

How will you prepare when this Jacob fellow tracks you down and gives you the business?
That was my innitial concern. Sooner or later, the guys behind the network will realize that you shouldn't recieve what you recieved, and the information you've given to them will be used againts you, Coolness.
I mean, this is criminal activity right there - you're scamming them into giving you a product for free which you shouldn't recieve, it's called fraud.
Moreover, the person who gave you the code could loose his job for such a mistake. Not only you're "crapping right into your own dossier", you're also crapping into someone else's.
