How would you be stealing from another release if the icon is exactly the same as shown in the cases of sonic lost world (PAL & USA) and bravely default (PAL & USA),

The fact is, in
some cases (none from 3DS I believe, but a few in the NDS scene) that the icon differs from region to region.
I'd rather not take the risk using the wrong icon, and would prefer to have no icon at all.

also understand i am not bitching at you,im just trying to better understand the cause and reason behind some things so it can be resolved in future releases instead of letting the issue go unresolved possibly for day upon end such as the case is bravely story,now going on 11 days without that of an icon that is already at your disposal

No, I understand what you are saying completely, and the reasoning behind it.
I do recognize that there are some releases without icons, and I will do what is necessary to fix those releases.
Feel free to PM me of these releases (no need to make your own icons, I just need the links for the releases) and I will fix them when I can.
Please note that I'm currently dealing with school, a few site related projects and battling a problem with my computer that won't seem to fix, so I cannot fix everything when I'd like to.
