Zodttd reported that he started working on this back in...jesus, like last August. But then he got lazy and didn't update *anything* for a long time. Now he's back on the scene, but he needs to retouch all of his previous emulators first because most are broken on 4.3.1. So he has to redux the PSX and n64 emulators first, and then he'll finally get the nds emulator out.

Strangely, once it finally gets off the ground, I imagine it'll run great. But, as much as I hate to say it, Android has the upper hand right now. Developers being able to work on emulators and release them directly to the Android Market for a larger audience is more enticing then releasing for the jailbreak market that is, arguably, smaller. Everyone in the iOS community has gotten a bit lazy and said "Oh, Zodttd said he was making an NDS emulator, we won't work on one." Now we're stagnating. We need someone to step in and make one, and I, for one, will not be that guy.

So...no, it doesn't work on 4.3.1. Because it's an Android apk.
