Hahaha, I flipped out when I saw that region toggle switch! Though I didn't really understand if that was just to change language settings in their dev tools or if it actually enabled it to read carts from different regions.
It changes the region of the whole console, i modded my Japanese cube with a 2way switch to change it from JPN to USA to play American games. It only requires 2 wires soldered to 2 points, alternatively you can permanently change the region of the console by bridging the 2 points.
