When I tried running this on my M3 Perfect Lite (patched using DLDItool), I got the error "fat init fail".  I've since tried it on another M3 Perfect Lite, and it gives the same error.

Is there any particular way the microSD should be formatted?  Right now it just uses FAT, as I've found a Vista FAT32-formatted card won't work on the Perfect Lite.
