AKAIO 1.5 with latest loaders doesn't need the patch. It uses the settings from the Japanese version. So it seems to work perfectly.

NOTE: Patch seems to white screen probably because of the intro included with the patch; might be how the loader works the file.

BTW: The game is 358/2 not 368-2. XPA Screwed up the DIR name (the number not the /).

I'm amused they used the Ice Cream bar as the Icon.
