I doubt that DSiWare will be cracked anytime soon, no one has managed to dump the DSi's Common Key yet.
This is needed to decrypt a title's own Title Key, don't quote me on that, it's just info i was reading yesterday

From what i gather there are people working on cracking DSi but it could be a long time before we start to see good exploits
