No shouldn't cost anything for the extra songs as they are all downloaded from the DS as far as i know. And if it did have content you had to pay for then it should have the pay to play wifi logo on the box but it doesn't, it just has the standard blue logo. I tried to translate part 3 of the interview where they talk about the wii side of it and this is what google came up with, which didn't make a lot of sense but thats what you get from google translate.
