Dattson, you are not alone, for I too am a proud mac user and wish to high heavens that this would work on a mac.  I too only see the what looks like a text edit file.     If u find out any thing or get it working, please N E ONE, PLEASE SHARE HOW TO GET THIS RUNNING ON MAC.  Thanks
