I'd waive the 10 mil for the extra points. With the proper nutrition, one wouldn't need the medical care. With 10 years of daily fast food or tv dinners, well, you wouldn't survive the 10 years. The library, computer, and internet would complement the workshop, as I could use them to build a suit of armor and become Iron Man. The skylight is so I could bust out once I'm done, since selling (downgraded versions of course) suits of armor to the military would be far more lucrative than that 10 mil.
