It's been a while since I used this one, but I seem to remember that it's best not to put the ROMs in the jEnesisDS folder, but instead put them in a 'SMS' or 'SMD' folder (or anything for that matter, I just prefer naming folders with ROMs to their respective consoles/handhelds).
