That's pretty wrong, that's corrupted as hell. If your save is really 0 bytes then it's already lost. Delete it (so it creates a new, empty, not corrupted save) and start again from the beggining.
PS: Check if it's really 0 bytes in your PC. Maybe the upload failed. PS2: Also, run chkdsk /f on your card, the filesystem may still be corrupted and your next save will vanish if so. Running chkdsk /f will fix the possible filesystem corruption.
