MaoKurono:- "We cannot offer any payment for work done but, depending on the level of commitment and agreements made, can definitely make it worth while."
Okay, I didn't explain myself too clearly there. We can't 'hire' any help and give someone some initial payment and then pay 'by the hour' or anything like that, for pretty obvious reasons. We'd get ripped off. What we can offer is some negotiated payments, out of my own pocket, only for certain major todos, but only once skills have been proven and some minor todos have been ticked off first. We're not interested in hearing from crap-talkers who just want to take advantage. We'd like to hear from people who genuinely have a serious passion for game development, and as such we probably won't allow anyone into the team unless they can prove they've already achieved playable results for us to see. Once we're into it, I'd happily make it worth someone's while, but what can I say to everyone for now? That's all.

I don't know why anyone should be reminded of that by this. We are not asking someone to go ahead and make a whole game for us from scratch or anything like that, that's ridiculous. We're just 2 guys trying to make a massive epic, and we've come SO FAR, but now struggling with code, due purely to time-constraints, and not due to being underskilled. Content is all taken care of, pretty much, because that's my job. That's all.
