I agree, clicking on four banners in exchange for free games is just too much. Also, you don't need to move to Europe - all you need is a European PSN account so that you can enter the European PSN Store.

I'll have to save the codes for when I get my Vita! Of course once I get it I'll be playing Persona 4 for the next... month or two.
They might become invalid till then - they become void after a while... Perhaps it would be best if you claim them in the online store unless you plan to get it sometime soon.
