Idunno its a dump of the DS phat firmware its more of a homebrew but its also software of nintendo

lol this is not a hack

this is the same as with a DS rom that can edit the wifi settings on the DS firmware

the 3DS can read the setting file in the system menu also which is all this video shows
not a hack, just another way of editing the DS firmware settings which can be done when any DS game is loaded

At least its a new way, i can live with that xD

if someone has played a DS game (flashcard or legit) and connected to wifi, this is all they have done is set the DS firmware settings
someone even bricked there DS Firmware on the 3DS
if you wipe the system tho its fine again
