I've searched trough DS-Scene Forums for more Infromation about this Flash Card and I am very suprized why you don't know about this.
This Flash Card (Crown3DS) is still in progress (it's still in development) - its a Prototype, but how the developer says it will come soon.
The developer maked an video of how this Flash Card runs (plays) Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 3D for the 3DS and what have I notice it's run 100% speed with no slowdown!

We knew about it for a long time, but there still isn't any solid evidence out there to prove that this is infact the real deal. For all we know, it could only emulate one cartridge or have the cartridge connected somewhere on the fake PCB. We need to wait a bit longer to find out whether this is legitimate or not.
The simple DS-Scene policy is - we tend not to deal with rumours. It's simple as that.

They have been "still working" on it - though we have been in constant touch with the creators we are still waiting for a firm date as well as further proof! So we will update you guys as we hear more!
I am 72% positive crown3DS is 100% fake. They have been at 72% forever and their twitter has been stagnate for nearly a year just as long as it's been at 72%.
Is anyone working on something real? My expertise is in software design not hardware.
