  SD cards - max size?

hey I was looking on nintendo's website, and nowhere does it spell out what the max size HCSD card is that the 3ds can take.  Anybody have any input on this?

Im sure any can be used , im using a 8gb currently and it works fine + its more than enough memory for my 3ds

It's really easier to understand than you think...

SD cards have capacities up to 2GB (Some 2GB+ cards were produced, up to 4GB, these are proprietary though and will not work on most devices).
SDHC cards have capacities from 4GB up to 32GB.
SDXC cards have capacities from 64GB up to 2TB.

All docks are backwards compatible, so an SD dock will not read an SDHC card etc.
The 3DS and the DSi have an SDHC dock, hence only cards up to 32GB will be accepted.

This is all you need to know, really.

speaking of 32GB SDHC cards, my menu in my R4 Wood firmware isnt working, is that because i use a 32Gb card?
