Is it possible that there will be an 3DS emu on a DS(i) ?

Ok, it is kinda s***id but who needs 3D effects?*
I just like the games.

but, is it possible?

oh hells yeah, it's already in development, just like the gamecube emu for the N64 and the dreamcast emu for the saturn.... you're not very bright, are you?
