  Mini-Jack Input in DS? - possible?

i hope this is the right place for this question. i'm new to this but would like to try integrating a mini-jack input into my DS-lite, i was thinking about going through the mic input wiring. any thoughts on this?

I guess its fairly simple to hack the mic port next to the headphone jack. This person did it with a 3.5mm jack but if your wanting to use the smaller 2.5mm sized jack I am sure its all the same. But as far as building one into the console itself, I am sure it would be fairly straight forward if you can squeeze the parts in there. Good luck on that.
