I asked this in another thread also but does the arm7 patcher has a virus?
Cause i'm really nervous about it.

Hermes17 if You have an information from anty-virus that this patcher have a virus make screen capture of this information, send to imageshack.us or something like that, PM me with it and I will tell You what I know about it
But as Three14 posted, it shouldn't have virus... sometimes anty-virus don't understand instructions of program and alarms You about it but programs from trusted sources usually are false alarms :D I had this with one cool program, it said something like ad-ware non-virus so this time it was false alarm for sure (it was said even on forums that sometimes anty-virus can alarm this file but they posted it's 100% free from viruses)

Phew... Thank you. Now I know that it is save.  :D I am really careful about viruses usually so I had to ask. And the idea to put a file in the system32 folder kinda made me worry. Sorry if I confused anyone (or accidentally insulting someone) by asking if it had a virus.

Edit: Nice forums by the way! I might be hanging around here some more!

Your system32 folder? I used to use arm7patch all the time, and all I ever did was unzip it and run it.

The vb6ko.dll. Does that ring a bell?

Edit: Just a question: I tried to use the arm7 patch on Sonic chronicles: The dark brotherhood. But it still didn't work. Why? (I used the simcity (J) arm7.bin)
