Action shooting adventure in the Vietnam war.

Basically you are a soldier and you're in the Vietnam war...killing people. That's about it.
Storyline

You're a soldier in the Vietnam war, finding your lost/enslaved soldiers and kill many people.
It's decent, but add a storyline at least!
Rating: 3/10

Gameplay

It's great. The only problem with the game is that you can never dodge an attack after you get four people or when you have gigantic towers attacking you, because you will get hit. The shooting is quite hard but I'll talk about that in 'Controls'.
Rating: 5/10

Mini-games

None.
Rating: N.A./10

Appeal

This game takes control of a task force that you can command, not to mention you get a lot of nifty people and you get to use their guns. The game is very nicely done, graphics are not bad nor not perfect. But it gives you that old feeling of playing your first game(If you played the NES).
Rating: 7.5/10

Controls

They're pretty easy to learn:
X - Nuke grenade thing.
Y - Medkit
B - Grenade
A - Gun
Screen - Change people/look at map.
The problems with the grenades are that they fly in a gigantic arc, and most enemies just move a couple inches and avoid it, making them totally pointless.
Shooting is somewhat hard as well, because the enemy only takes around 1 shot every round of bullets you give, making it pretty hard to kill things unless you play as the sniper or Rocket Launcher guy.
The way you shoot is also a stupid thing. The crosshairs connect with the person, but they almost immediately move the second you get it on them. The shooting takes so long to reload if you are the Machine Gun guy, Sniper or the Rocket Launcher guy.
The rockets are pointless, because the enemy will always dodge unless in a group.
Rating: 5/10

Overall

This game is a bit hard, but after you get used to it, it's fun. The battle system is just like it would be in a real fight, but the way you fight is the hard thing.
If you like action games or old-school type games, this one's for you.

I give this game a rating of:

5

Nice review but I think a 7 is too generous for this game. I can't really say I was disapointed by this game, because I wasnt expecting much to begin with. I found the Wild West game to be much more enjoyable, but still sub-par.

I think you were very very kind with that control rating.
You also never talked about how hard it is to shoot in the control section later like you said you would, you just talked about lobbing grenades and the character-based weapons.

Ahh, right, I must have hit the wrong number for the rating. I meant a 5.5...
I gotta edit this. I also forgot the shooting controls....you're right:/

Well if you are in San Diego you can go to Target and get it. If you want it cheaper head south to a town called Tijuana and buy it there.

And how do you like this game if you are looking for it anyway?
