I think when biohazard fir began it was copyrighted by something else in the us and europe thats why the name change

JPN games that are in the lines of "M rated" games here tend to have black boxes for 3DS.

It's so buyers who are not familiar with games can identify the "bad" games and avoid them for their kids, or something.
