Fix for the 3DS 4.4.0-10 firmware

This newest firmware will allow you to use the R4i Gold Plus on the latest 3DS firmware (4.4.0-10)

1. Upgraded to support 3DS 4.4.0-10 system.

Note: This update only supports cards that have a digital PCB number above 8 (9,10,A,B,C).

Don't have the slightest idea.

EDIT: And I don't care, since I just updated my 3DS and I updated my R4i Gold PLUS and it worked.
