Ya know what? Screw the 3DS. When Radiant Historia comes out, and SaGa 3 gets translated, I'll have 8GBs worth of games to last me... God knows how long. 8D

Hmm, tried 2.1 and 2.1 alternative but no dice. My M3 crashes as soon as chara is created. Maybe I will try another ROM instead.

Yatterman it's not your ROM thats the problem, I just tried it on M3Sakura M30 and it does the same thing.

I even loaded my save that was made with CycloDS which loaded fine but as soon as i move the game freezes.
There's some other problem with this game on M3 which has nothing to do with the patch by the looks of it.

M3 Sakura/Touchpod last version, and it crashes...

Tried 2.0, 2.1 and 2.1 ALT version and it didn't work.
Everytime I go into a house or talk with people it crashes. Tried with Ysmenu 6.46 too.

Edit: I've tried other patched version of the game and it works fine on M3, but there are still things in Japanese, so I wanted to try this patch

This is an unexpected and welcomed release.

I had no idea there was even an Eng patch being worked on. I just hope for their sake, Saga 2 never comes to NA.

Also I hope Saga 2 and Saga 3 will be near-identical in menus/engine so it'll be easier for them to attempt translating 3.

Ohh ok sorry then i guess it is the patch that's causing the problems for M3. Strange that an older patch worked fine, i have no idea whats going on there.

Anyway someone on Crimson Nocturnal said it works with WoodM3 firmware which i found on GBArl

OK, tried that WoodM3 fw but it said something about corrupted save... So, next step is to format the SD and try again. Will update this post asap.

update: formatted SD, tried with WoodM3, made a save, got the same error again but then took save and game off the card, put the save and the game back and... presto! It works~

It done the same for me, just set WoodM3 to view all file types in the settings and delete the sav it created.
I did this and when i booted the game again it worked without complaining about fragmentation.

The only reason i would say don't bother formatting it is because it gave me the same error on a freshly formatted 8gb SDHC class 4

Ok, gonna try it. I'm already trying a WoodM3 that don't recognize the game, it has an "?" icon with a NDS on the background. Gonna test the wood m3 1.22b! (Thx for the link)

Edit: I had to start a new game, but it worked perfectly (thx goddness I have played only 5 minutes from the begining ^^)
