Once you have agreed on a time with your competitors, please choose an available time slot from the referee time table located here. Choose by clicking on your requested time and if a referee is available, you will have your race time confirmed by PM.

Though a slot may show as available, the status may change so reserving a slot is not guaranteed until you recieve the PM notification.

If your team has not got a time slot reserved by Friday 13th April, 2007 23:59 UTC/GMT then your team will be automatically disqualified so make sure you request a time!

During the week-end after noon on EST (GMT -5) would be good for me.

That sounds fine to me.  I am also located in Canada also.  I prefer something a little later but well see where the final guy is located to decide.

its GMT/UTM but i am also in -5 GMT time so no biggy.  Guess the last guy is out.  Well lets request a judge then, sounds good?

Nope, never done an arranged tournament like that... But if you follow the instructions, it will be all good.

Will you request the judge, or will I?

EDIT:
We have to choose the time... the time has to be GMT/UTC, so we add 5 hours to the time we want.

Correct times for me would be at 17h and 19h, 19h being my favorite choice.
Which would yield 21h and 23h GMT.

Hurry up guys, you only have 28.5 hours left to arrange this! If you cant agree on a time just make sure one of you requests one and whoever does not turn up will be disqualified.
